Places to Trick or Treat With Kids In The Houston Area

On Halloween, kids can enjoy the Kidgits Boo Bash and Trick-or-Treating at Katy Mills Mall from 5 pm – 7 pm. A list of participating stores can be found at guest services.

Bass Pro Shops Halloween: Head to Bass Pro Shop on October 31 and participate in a costume parade and get a glow in the dark bucket for trick or treating.

Memorial City Monster Mash starts on October 31, 5 pm – 7 pm, at the fireplace by the ice rink. Enjoy trick or treating, great Halloween themed music, and even a photobooth. There may even be some fun themed food court deals too.

Families can enjoy Moe’s Monster Mash Bash at the Houston Children’s Museum featuring trick-or-treating all day starting from 10 am – 8 pm. You can also make Glow in the Dark Slime, participate in the Thriller dance and stop by the Monster Drive-in at 7 pm. $10 admission per person. 

Head out to the ArBOOretum on Oct. 26, located at the Houston Arboretum. Trick or treat in a forest trail and learn about wildlife. There will also be hay rides, a petting zoo, pony rides, a cake walk, carnival games, face painting and pumpkin decorating.

Enjoy Zoo Boo from Oct. 11-27. The last three weekends in October, the Houston Zoo becomes Halloween fun. Play in the pumpkin patch, go "trunk"-or-treating, and have fun in the costume parade all while seeing the animals the zoo has to offer.
