AN HUMBLE TRADITION SINCE 1947
For over 75 years, the Humble Rodeo has brought men, women, and children together from all walks of life to celebrate the culture and traditions of the Old West. Each year, cowgirls and cowboys from across the US compete in a series of time-honored rodeo events, such as bareback riding, bull riding, steer wrestling, tie-down roping, team roping, barrel racing, and more. Plus, don’t forget about our kids' events at the rodeo! From Calf Scramble to Chute Dogging to Mutton Bustin’, there are plenty of thrills for all ages. Whether you’ve grown up around rodeos or this is your first, there’s sure to be something to bring a smile to your face and a sparkle to your eyes.
Plus, all Humble Rodeo Events are co-sanctioned by the United Professional Rodeo Association (UPRA) and the Cowboy’s Professional Rodeo Association (CPRA), so you can be sure they’re safe for the audience, the athletes, and the animals. And there’s no better place to experience a rodeo than up close and personal at the Humble Civic Center, located at 8233 Will Clayton Parkway, Humble, TX 77338.

RODEO COOK-OFF 2024
Whether you’ve been in Texas your whole life or just a few days, you’ve likely found yourself wondering who makes the best barbecue around. Well, so have we! This is why we bring the best BBQ chefs around to face off in a team-to-team competition. Each year over 100 teams compete across multiple categories of Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork, and Brisket, with competition strictly overseen and governed by the Champions Barbecue Alliance.

BBQ ADMISSION
BBQ Wristbands are $20/each (5 and under are free). The wristband is good for the entire weekend (January 31 - February 1, 2025). Wristbands are not sold online OR in advance. Please watch for scammers trying to sell wristbands ahead of event.

- HHS Shuttle Area - Turner Stadium Visitor Ticket Booth (enter from Rustic Timbers, off Will Clayton) - CREDIT CARD ONLY
- BBQ Gate - CASH ONLY (ATM is on site)
Children 5 and are free.
RODEO ADMISSION
- Rodeo performance tickets will be sold online for $20/Ticket. Online ticket sales will be available to purchase online until evening of event or till sold out. Tickets purchased online will need to be printed and brought to the ticket gate.
- Rodeo performance tickets will be sold at the gate for $25/Ticket (while supplies last) - DAY OF EVENT ONLY. Tickets can be purchased beginning at 5:30 PM, evening of the event ONLY, at the Humble Civic Center Arena Ticket Booth.
Children 5 and are free. Strollers are allowed in the Humble Civic Center Pavilion but are the responsibility of the parent.
