Shelf Reliance was founded 7 years ago with self-rotating shelving. We added healthy foods 2 years ago to help people get healthier foods into their home in a convenient manner.
Our foods are picked when ripe, flash frozen and then dried under pressure. No heat is applied, so they maintain 97% of their nutritional value. You can eat them in their crunchy state, or rehydrate them back to a normal state and cook with them. My family eats them every day.
