My family and I had the opportunity to experience First Watch Restaurant on our recent visit to Orlando, FL for Brunch and it was such a fun experience. Pulling into the parking lot I could tell that this was THE place to be. There were people outside waiting to get in on this morning and that's always a good sign that the food is great. 
Walking though the doors I felt like I was in a small Texas town. The decor of is farmhouse chic. We sat at a great farmhouse table and I knew that I would not be disappointed.
We started off with two drinks from the Fresh Juice Bar - The Morning Meditation (pictured left) and Kale Tonic (pictured right).
The Morning Meditation (featured left) has yummy oranges, lemon, turmeric, organic ginger, agave nectar and beet with just enough ginger to give it a little bit of a kick...this one will wake you up and get you going! The Kale Tonic (featured right) had Kale, Fuji apple, cucumber and lemon. I loved being able to put something healthy in my body!

We ordered a variety of meals from pancakes, eggs and sausage; to gluten free breakfast tacos; to an omelette and fresh fruit. Everything was very delicious. When my daughter's blueberry pancakes came out, she was so happy with how huge they were! I ordered the gluten free breakfast tacos and they reminded me of our TexMex cuisine. Yummy corn tortillas filled with eggs and just enough of a kick without being overpowering.
I am also happy to say that First Watch can accommodate a number of allergies including gluten, dairy and nut. Traveling with family members with allergies can be challenging and it's so nice that we were all able to find something on the menu to enjoy! I'm also excited to say that there are now two First Watch locations in the Houston area--Champions and Katy!
