Favorite Places To Play on a Rainy Day In Houston

Below are some of our favorite places to play on a rainy day!

  

1.     Houston Museum of Natural Science

Visit the Cockrell Butterfly Center and enjoy the stunning, three-story glass structure around a 50-foot waterfall!  This simulated tropical rainforest is filled with exotic plants and hundreds of gorgeous live butterflies.  While you’re there, enjoy a movie on the giant screen at the IMAX Theater.  A day at the Houston Museum of Natural Science is a great way to spend a rainy day.

 

2.     Incredible Pizza

Head to Incredible Pizza in Conroe for rainy day fun and excitement.  The kids will love eating pizza, playing video and arcade games, and all of the other Games and Attractions.

 

3.     Ice Skating at the Galleria

Houston Galleria Ice Rink can provide hours of fun on a rainy day.  Let the kids skate for as long as they like and then grab a bite at the Food Court.

 

4.     Laser Tag  LazerX in Cypress

The kids will have a great time playing laser tag.  They can enjoy pizza and arcade games in between their laser tag games.

 

5.     Bowling at Bowlmor Houston

This place is so much more than just a bowling alley.  Your kids will enjoy bowling and all of the interactive arcade games.

 

6.     Roller Skating at Skate Champions in Spring

Roller skating is fun for kids of all ages – especially on a rainy day. 

 

7.     Cosmic Jump Trampoline Entertainment Center

Cosmic Jump is a great place to jump away the rainy day boredom.

 

8.     Bouncin Bears of Texas

Bouncin Bears of Texas has inflatables that your kids will have a blast jumping and playing on.  They have a separate toddler area for your little ones.

 

9.     Houston Fire Museum

Your kids will have fun learning about the history of the Houston Fire Department and learning fire safety practices, all while enjoying the hands-on exhibits and antique fire trucks and equipment.

 

 10.     Rock Climbing at Stone Moves

Stone Moves Indoor Rock Climbing offers rock walls to please every experience level.  Your kids will love to practice their rock climbing skills on a rainy day.
